Recently a friend posted this video on facebook. The presentation is fun – in fact there are a lot of these kind of things on youtube that we spent time laughing about at our house the other day – but what touched me here was the music. Such powerful music. The music in this video brings tears to my eyes.
Wow.. I came on here to try and find your entry with Low Carb Recipes (now that I have an oven I want to get on with the diet)…. unsuccessfully so far… and found this..

That was beautiful – and the seeming spontaneity of the ‘flash mob’ made it even more moving. Would be so fabulous to be a part of one of these (I’m afraid if I’d been one of the onlookers I couldn’t have helped standing and joining in with the sopranos 🙂 )

Thanks Craig. I realized that a moment after typing how happy I was to find it.. LOL.. I could have swore you put up some Low Carb recipes earlier.. If you happen to have one for a brownie I’d appreciate it.. I get a craving for them and so far all of the recipes I’ve found online for them have been horrible..
When you make the torte, err on the side of underbaking rather than over, or it will get too dry. It is delicious…
