    About J’Neil

    Dec 1st, 2007 by craig

Here’s J”Neil’s answers to the American Express questions:

Childhood ambition To be able to play the drums like Neil Peart

Fondest Memory I can’t choose!!  there are so many.

Soundtrack soundtrack to life?   if so, I really don’t know… some theme and variations of a modern symphony.

Retreat my bedroom! it’s got everything; a comfy bed, a window ‘with a view’ of the street, books, and most importanly: my computer. It’s also very personalized because it has to reflect me… for instance: there colorful dots all over the walls accompanied by pictures of my friends and family.

Wildest dream well, I’ve had some pretty wild dreams involving people I know and odd events, but my wildest, I know, is yet to come.          Okay, so my wildest dream for those of you who didn’t care about what my mind does while I’m asleep, has to do with becoming an astronomer and marrying my crush which is subject to change so I won’t say a name.

Proudest moment every time I accomplish something difficult or new

Biggest challenge trying not to annoy people around me with my ….um….    ‘spunk’

    Alarm clock isn’t effective

Perfect day Involves reality catching up with my imagination

First job  unless I was paid before then, it was when I did a paper route with my brother, which I might be going back to.

    Indulgence yummy food

Last purchase ribbons and baskets for my friend’s birthday present. (after celebrating it with me, my brother and my brother’s friend she declared it was one of her best birthdays!  : )

Favorite movie a movie that has all my favorites(that I can’t pick from) in one.

Inspiration I am inpired by my life. Something will happen and inspire me, and if that doesn’t happen I go looking for it. People in my life that have inspired me are my dad, because he keeps on learning new things and doing his favorite hobbies no matter how busy he is. My grandpa; getting older, unfortunately, but still active. My great grandma, there are so many reasons why I wish she was still here. I can never get enough of her love and she could never give enough away. And, for fear of making this too long (I coule write a novel if I let myself), most everyone I have and will meet along the way.

My Life couldn’t be better. (well, in tiny ways yes but when all is said and done I would change nothing).

I love reading these questionaires. It’s fun to see how grown up sam and J’neil have become. I still think of you guys as little kids.

Can I just say that I think my kids are amazing? Both of them. Would you know J’Neil is 13 from these answers? Sam’s are equally awe-inspiring to me.

Wait, what? Is it bad that this is the kind of thing I would expect from a thirteen year old? I must spend too much time around overachievers/honor roll people…

No Kristin, I wouldn’t know she is 13! I loved your comments J’Neil, you are very bright (just like your bro)….lol to the “spunk” comment, and by the way never lose your spunk it will get you through whatever rough waters are ahead in your life.

J’neil I love your answers – and Kris, I was thinking as I was reading them that they sounded far more mature and well thought out to be from a 13 year old… unless, of course that 13 year old is J’Neil 🙂

I’m inspired by J’Neil! I love that she isn’t afraid to be who she is – spunk and all.
